I am Victoria
Hi there!
I just recently moved to Valley, Nova Scotia (just outside of Truro) with my husband, but the beginning of my photography journey was built around the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada (where I grew up).
My photography focuses on capturing people, animals, and intriguing environments around the world.
My passion for photography began in 2013, back in high school, when I bought my first camera. From there, I learned to find myself through the lens.
I then went on to graduate from the Mohawk College – Photography Still and Motion program (in Hamilton, Ontario), where I dove deep into learning about creative techniques, editing, studio, lighting, videography, and business. I came across so many creative people and environments living in Hamilton for 5 years.
Ultimately, I developed my unique eye for “the silence in the noise”, or the “beauty in the disaster”. Truly, capturing a moment in time that will never be erased.
You may have seen me at a market, or craft show around Nova Scotia, and Ontario selling my various prints, and talking about my journey.
Some other things I enjoy are green initiatives, animals, local shops, good coffee, gardening, and seeing people find peace & acceptance within themselves.
